Tracking order
We provide global order tracking for all shipments. Follow the steps below to check your order status:

2. Track Your Order
Visit our Order Tracking Page and enter your order number or email to check your shipping status.
3. Order Status Guide
Status | Description |
---|---|
Processing | Your order is being prepared for shipment |
Shipped | Your order has been handed over to the carrier |
In Transit | Your package is on its way (usually takes 7-15 days) |
Out for Delivery | Your package is about to be delivered |
Delivered | Your order has arrived successfully |
Exception | Possible delay due to customs or other reasons, please contact us |
4. Shipping Issues & Support
Please contact us if:
✅ Tracking hasn’t updated for over 10 days
✅ Tracking number is invalid or missing
✅ Package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it
